He is a native Houstonian and a proud graduate of Alief Elsik High School. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in Meharry Medical College, back in 2011. After graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Pennsylvania-Veteran Affairs Medical Center. Later he discovered a passion for sedation and trained at Augusta University where he received his IV Sedation Certificate.

Like all other dentists, his road to becoming one wasn’t easy. He has poured a lot of dedication and owe good-hearted mentors to get where he is at now. Having been mentored himself, Dr. Williams is well-aware of the importance of mentorship and sponsorship in the study of dentistry. 

The passion he has for the world to "smile after surgery" is his mission. He knows patients can have a pleasant time in the dental chair. This passion is what drove him to start his advocacy “Smile After Surgery”. Launching free informative social media content, CE accredited courses, in-office coaching, and mentorships. He now fulfills his life's work by mentoring and coaching dentists around the globe.

Additionally, he is the author of "How to get any patient numb," -- dentistry’s best guide for local anesthesia. He is also an international lecturer and speaker. He is a Clinical assistant professor at UT Health School of Dentistry in Houston, and he is also the vice president of Diversity in Dentistry (non-profit). 

Dr. Williams' motto is "Service Above Self" and his goal is to share his passion for dentistry with your patients.
